Vision2Hire clients may participate in the company's software escrow agreement. In the event of business interruption, the software code that is Vision2Hire would be held by the escrow agents and released to the client to ensure continuation of the product. Each client named as a beneficiary of Vision2Hire Solutions would receive a copy of the latest version of Vision2Hire in digital form in accordance with the terms of the escrow agreement.
