Vision2Hire Solutions Announces Easy2@pply
New module creates completed Application form from electronic resumes
VANCOUVER (July 5, 2002) - Finally a tool is available to ensure your Hiring Centre/HR department will capture all resumes received to your company. No matter how much you promote your website's Career page, applicants continue to send resumes by email. With Easy2@pply, Vision2Hire users can easily add these candidates to the database of their Applicant Tracking System.
Easy2@pply accepts resumes in all commonly used formats (plain text, html, rtf, MSWord, WordPerfect, pdf and as part of the body of the email message.) The applicant also receives an email message inviting them to peruse their application form and to use it to apply to specific jobs.
The unique email address set up with Easy2@pply can be used as part of your recruitment communication strategy or be retained as an internal only path.
In late 2002, Vision2Hire Solutions will be releasing Fax2@pply. This will allow for hard copy resumes to be sent to a unique fax number that will automatically complete an application form in the Vision2Hire system, in a manner very similar to Easy2@pply.
